NEW! In my opinion, I believe most Agents and or Sellers do not price a home correctly. As a result, most agents have to resort to taking the listing and ask for Price Reductions. In the long run, the D.O.M. or Days On Market runs up and buyers start to ask themselves: "What is wrong with this home?"
Ultimately you will sell for less through long D.O.M. and Price Reductions than if you had Priced the Home Correctly!
