reading the Real Estate Statistics for Oahu here then you will readily
see what has changed.
this month you will no longer see Oahu or Kailua Maps, either for the
Average Sold, Average For Sale, etc. or even the Months of Supply Maps.
What you will see is what you will get below:
change beginning this month is the Oahu S.F.H. and Condo Executive
Summaries. For either the Executive Summary for all Regions for that
particular month, example: April 2015, you will see only the figures for
Oahu in General.The same will be available for Year to Date Versions.
Individual figures for the rest of Oahu's Regions, Kailua's Neighborhoods will no longer be available to just anyone.
There are many reasons for this change:
1) First off, I just do not have the time to dedicate to my typical type of analysis anymore and give it away free.
It is a common misconception that 'all real estate agents are alike or
the same.' Nothing could be further from the truth otherwise we would
not see 10% of the Island's Real Estate Agents selling 90% of the sales.
Thirdly and most importantly, I am one of the best Real Estate Analysts
on this Island and I have the credentials and awards to prove it.

better than almost any agent and with facts, I get done for you, what
you expect. One can argue with facts if they want to, but then you would
be wasting your time and mine. I do not argue facts with my clients. I
simply state them, the reasons why and if we are in agreement I go out
get you want you want by using the facts.
